02 / Company & ownership

Behind the brand.

Kellogg's is a shared house brand whose corporate scope changed after the 2023 Kellogg Company separation. WK Kellogg Co operates the breakfast-cereal portfolio in the United States, Canada and Caribbean and became a wholly owned Ferrero subsidiary in September 2025. Kellogg's international cereals remained with Kellanova, which Mars acquired in December 2025. Products and ownership therefore need a market label; ingredients, allergens, fortification and nutrition also vary by recipe and country.
