Behind the brand.
Wedgwood is the British ceramics and tableware brand founded by Josiah Wedgwood in 1759 and owned by Fiskars Group. It is known for dinnerware, teaware and Jasperware, alongside glassware and décor. Materials, dishwasher and microwave suitability, decorative metals and country of manufacture vary by collection; only products expressly described that way should be presented as handmade or made in Britain.
